Good morning Daily OutFitness friends!
Quick blog post this morning to tell you all about a new type of working out........... HIIT!
High Intensity Interval Training is the most effective way of burning fat without burning a lot of time!
Kayla Itsines heavily preaches this new workout regime in her app SWEAT in which she gives 2 7-minute sets of body weight exercises to be repeated twice. 28 minutes and you're done!
Give this one a try:
Abs and Arms!
Set 1:
20 toe taps
20 lawnchairs
20 plank side dips
10 burpees
Set 2:
15 pushups
50 mountain climbers
10 lay down push ups
1 minute plank
REPEAT SETS 1&2!
