Workouts
Working out is one of the toughest things when settling into college, no doubt. Having been a three sport varsity athlete, personally, I was lost to say the least when it came time to hit the gym instead of going to soccer practice or a tennis match after school.
After a few days of lumping around and whining about missing sports, I finally decided to try the gym here at Fairfield

The most important thing to remember about working out is everyone does it differently.
Some of my favorite workouts are......
1) Cardio --> go on a run, play some soccer with a few friends, hit a tennis ball around! Whatever makes your heart race!
2) Weights --> dead lifts, squats, triceps, biceps, abs! Strength training is tough, but it is crucial for muscle development
3) Yoga, Zumba, Spin, and Other Classes --> calories burned are calories burned! Find a class at your local gym today!
