Recovery, Pain Relief, and Taking it Easy :)

Good morning DailyOutFitness friends!

I hope everyone has been having a healthy, happy week! If you haven't and are feeling a little slumped this week, I have the solution for you.

Whether working out has lead you to be sore or tired or not, here are a few relaxing and helpful tips for feeling healthy even if you aren't feeling so healthy!

1.) Epsom Salt Soak/Bath:

Epsom salts have a unique healing power to them. Try my favorite for post workout or post game soreness, Dr. Teals Relax and Relief salts.

2.) Foam Rolling:

Get yourself to the gym even if you are not prepped to work out. Grab a roller and follow along with some youtube videos for a rolling routine. Your body with thank you when you are rolled out and ready for the day.

3.) Stretching:

Hands down the most under appreciated aspect of fitness. Ever. Stretching allows for tensed or strained muscles to loosen and regain their power.
