Wait is over...... CARDIO WORKOUT!

Good evening DailyOutFitness Friends!
After a few days, I have drawn up a cardio workout that satisfies any level of fitness. Remember, it is easy to give up on cardio; you're tired, you're sweaty, you're preoccupied. Cardio is a great way to spend time with friends, especially if it's a fast paced walk or run and some abs before grabbing coffee or breakfast.
That being said.... give this one a try!
As always, feel free to send results or comments about the workout and how it worked for you!
Repeat as many times as desired (suggested for higher level 4-5 rounds):
1) Half mile run, walk, run, sprint even- whatever works for you! (should be out of breath)
2) 25 jumping jacks
3) 25 jump lunges
4) Half mile walk on incline (incline varies based on fitness level)
REST for as long as desired/needed but not too long...... don't lose your energy!
