Food

What I eat in a day: Usually when I wake up I drink two bottles of water and when I have time to go to the cafeteria I grab an Omelet with mushroom, spinach, onion, and cheese! It is a healthy boost of energy to begin my long day of classes. Afterwards for lunch, I either go for a soup or salad with some chicken. During the day, I try not to snack but if it is a must I go for nuts or some type of fruit. For dinner, I usually eat some chicken and avocado, or fish depending on what the cafeteria has. My favorite night time drink is tea though, I am a huge fan of Earl Grey and Green Tea.
